DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We are currently delivering Monday - Friday. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes.  Place your order before 11am Mon-Fri to receive same day delivery. Please note: some delivery areas are excluded from same day service. See below.

  • WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
We charge a flat rate of $15

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We will send you an email or SMS to let you know when your order has been dispatched from our studio.  We are not able to give exact delivery times, as we use an independent courier company and they are on their own schedule. 
 
  • CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately not.  To keep our little business running smoothly, we are not able to accept specific time delivery requests.  Our usual hours of delivery are from 10am - 5pm. Funerals will be delivered within one hour of scheduled service time, Schools will be delivered before 3pm and Businesses will be delivered by 5pm

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
At checkout, we will ask you if you give permission to leave the gift at the door (if safe and able) or with a reception/concierge. If you choose not to give permission, the item will be returned to the studio until we are able to get a hold of the recipient.  Re-delivery fees will apply to send back out.
You can request for us to call the recipient before delivery if you are concerned and we will organise the best time with them, to avoid a re-delivery fee. Alternatively we can send to their work, or perhaps leave with a neighbour. 
Please give as many details as you can at checkout, such as "leave with neighbour on right hand side if not home" or "leave out back on table" 
Please note: we will not leave items unattended at Hotels/Nursing Homes etc.  They will be passed onto a staff member at the reception to direct to the recipient. Not all Hotels will accept deliveries on behalf of their guests

  • WHAT IF I HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If the flowers have been delivered and left at the address provided, we cannot take responsibility. We are happy to collect the flowers and re-deliver for a fee.
 If the flowers are returned to the studio, because the courier has been told at the delivery address that no one is there by that name, re-delivery fees will apply.  
For hospitals, if the patient has already been discharged when our courier arrives, the flowers will be returned to the studio. We will notify you if this happens.  Re-delivery fees will apply.  
  
  • WHAT IF I HAVE CHOSEN A PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR DELIVERY DATE?
Your order will be delivered the following trading day.

 

We deliver within a radius of approximately 20km's from our studio.
